What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.

How many parking spaces do I receive?

One parking space per room is available at check-in.

Does your hotel allow smoking?

All guest rooms and balconies are non-smoking. A $100 fee per night will be applied if smoking occurs in these areas. Guests may smoke on the oceanfront deck or at the pool.

Do you have an elevator?

Yes, two elevators serve the ground to 7th floor.

How close is your hotel to the beach and the boardwalk?

Park Place Hotel is located directly on the boardwalk overlooking the beach and ocean.

What is your deposit policy?

A deposit equal to the first night's room and tax is charged at booking. Promotional rates may have different deposit policies.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash. An additional $50 incidental hold is placed on cards at check-in and released at check-out, provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Refer to your reservation for your specific cancellation policy. Typically, cancellations made at least 72 hrs prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund (if booked directly with the hotel). Promotional rates may have different policies.

Can I stay at your property if I am 18 years old?

Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent a room.

Do you have a pool onsite?

Yes, we have two outdoor pools and a large sun deck (open May - September, weather permitting).
